My copy was lost in the mail. Upon contacting them, I was given a new copy for free. This took only a week to Norway (Molde).
So, wait another week or so, and then email them and explain your problem. Maybe the Norwegian mail service is less-than-effective (DOH!) ?
BTW : They are Really Nice People. Be Good !

engy, you should probably give them a couple of days. When I contacted them, Steve told me he was running several days behind in emails. I got the game in the end, though, and all is fine
It is definitely worth the wait !
PS: I live in Norway - It took about a week to receive the game ( once I contacted them). My first copy got lost in the mail...
I got a free replacement.

Well, I haven't had any serious trouble after alt-tab'ing, but the gamma setting seems to decrease whenever I return. Odd.
