Ok lets see.
1.The seller has a "0" rating (meaning no one's dealt with him/her)
2.From a country known for computer game piracy.
3.Using the interent to sell an item.
4.Is listing alot of hot new computer games starting at $1 bids.
5. The CD cover appears incorrect.
6. The color and markings on the CD appear incorrect.
7. One US dollar = 43 Thai Baht as of today.
I'd pass on it.

I'd say it's an M-1A2 with the 2 sites on the top of the turret there.

Well it's not proven the Maus saw any combat and there were only 2 (feel free to correct) built. Also would require additional coding to put it in the game. And, as far as I know, Germans weren't really fond of leaving their tanks to enemies... they preferred to destroy them themselves...
Germans couldn't destroy ever tank that got left behind, no one could.

Might try mentioning to CompUSA that this isn'the version for the US and they shouldn't be selling it and see if that works to get your money back.
