Are there any more scenarios for the cm gold demo?

I´ve downloaded the Combat Mission Gold Demo two times,yet.Everytime I Want to install the Demo from the PKSFX Screen it appears the message"Local header not found or corrupt!" What did I wrong?I´ve downloaded the Demo once with Download Accelerator and once regular.Could anyone help,please?Thanks. Tommi
