  1. I know that one of the supposed modifications in the upcoming 1.03 release is the increase in the number of points for force value. I am wondering if it would also be possible to also decrease the "bottom end" of 300 points down to a smaller value. Since I am not always doing that well against the computer, I want to set up some very small battles where I can concentrate on learning infantry skills or armor skills. Thus even 300 points is more than I want. Thanks. Jerry
  2. Don't know how many of you have the Military Reference library CD that Major H. created. While the library includes the latest manuals, I am wondering if any of the manuals would be useful to review for CM. I will take any help I can get. Thanks. Jerry
  3. Thanks Sten. When I plotted the moves, I plotted the jeep move and then tried plotting the team move right afterwards. When I did that, the team said disemabarking so I assumed (mistakenly) that the team would immediately disembark instead of riding the jeep as far as possible then disembarking and moving the remaining distance. Thanks for your help. Jerry
  4. I have gone through the manual and the forums and can't find an answer to this question. I have a bazooka team embarked on a jeep. When the jeep gets to its end point, I want the team to disembark and move into the woods. Thus I want to plot two separate moves for the bazooka team at once. The first is move by jeep to point X. Once at point X, disemark and move to point Y. Can I do this? Right now, I am doing this by having the jeep move to its end position. On the next turn, I then have the team disembark and move. What can happen is that the jeep arrives at its end point 10 seconds into the turn. The jeep and team then sits there for the next 50 seconds until the action phase is done. In the next orders phase, I can then disembark the team and move them. Considering how badly I am doing against the computer, I need whatever precious seconds I can get. Thanks.
  5. Now that the game has arrived and people are creating scenarios, I am wondering if there is a central repository where scenarios can and should be uploaded and downloaded? It seems like various people have created repositories for scenarios and they are scattered all over the web. While this is very nice of people, it makes it difficult to find stuff. Even if a central repository is not available, could a central listing of links to scenarios sites be created or is such a listing already available? Thanks.
  6. Is there any way to access reference information concerning various unit parameter's (speed, weapon range, firepower, etc.) from CM's database directly? Alternately, is there an online reference for this information? In a scenario I am playing, I have a jeep with a 50 caliber MG. I can bring up details on the jeep which tells me that I have a MG. However, I have no information on the MG's range and firepower. I do not happen to have an soldiers carrying MG in the scenario so I can't check that way. Thanks.
