hi wargaming fellows, just want to give a big "sorry" to your board. the attack by mr. sabot, even if meant sarcastic, was just a childish return on a post on "our" board at tgn. i red the posts by the CM gamers on the "cc net forum" and on the "club ssi" forum, didn´t feel offended by any of them and returned normal posts. as for mr. sabot. i know him very well from a lot of post in the cc community and never saw an offending/flaming one by him. i really don´t know made him writting this post? again a sorry, i hope you all will enjoy combat mission as we enjoy close combat. i played the demo and i somekind liked it (will prefer cc with the more realistic mods though), even if its turn based. we will see what the gold version will bring to the wargaming community (and yes i think we are somekind of a community, even if we play different games). hope this "little" incident will not split the fronts. cya out there, ah btw: kwazy! if you read this! many thanks for your mapmaker. as an experienced mapmaker (george thanos was my teacher) i´m really gratefull to your contribution to the CC community. you made cc3 survive longer. maybe it´ll survive cc5. cya go here for my CC fan site, with tons of stuff about CC: http://www.hometrail.de/games/cc.html ------------------ --------------------- with best regards, gs_marcks [This message has been edited by GS_Marcks (edited 06-16-2000).]
