My mouse wont appear.. when i get into the game.. its not there, the only way for me to get it is to downsize the game and open it up again, but it leaves nasty blotches and the mouse flikers when it moves, is it fixable?

I find most people cant win reisberg as Germans, i was reading on a message board, people just cant win as germans, Heres a good solution. I can win as Germans most of the time in the scenario, just leave the two 88's where they start, in the town, Move the Volksgrenadiers to the second row of buildlings back, on the left (the americains positions should be up). Place the mg42s in top floors, the curch is a good place. The men in the black deplyment zone should be moved as far to the right and as far foward as they can (the americain positions should be up at the top of screen as before)and around turn 10 to 15 just advance them slowly, come up and flank, and this SHOULD crush them, surround them in a good battle. With the men in the town just dig in and wait, keep morters firing when they can. Well, this way works for me and hope it can work for you if you try it. Ill PBEM it with people, ill be the Germs bomz606@yahoo.com if you wanna try. got any more tactics?

you should try to use winzip it worked fine for me, but i dont know much so i cant really help. see if you can right-click on the file and see if open with winzip is there.

they just bugging us then? taunting us?? damnit i want all those nice tanks, amazing maps.. ugh just looking at the pictures sychophant??

ok, i see all these posts and pictures of tanks that arent in the demo, and people who are talking about them and their games with tanks not in the demo.... are they all developers? or is it just me???

i just reinstalled the old ones, and i got the RAge diasabled, hopefully itll work, havent tried yet.

If the game is in beta only then how could YOU (Rune) set this battle up? It could be done with other games, but we cant make our own scenarios yet can we?

I had a joy with the mighty star screwdriver, and cracked the case on my comp, i relized, the Rage is built right in to the mother board. there is how ever a jumper for assorted things, along with a jumper for the RAGE, just flick the switch over, and the RAGE is disabled, completely, until i flick the switch back, Hope it works

I understand, it probably is the 2 video cards, the ATI Rage came with the comp, and its AGP, the Voodoo was added after the fact, so could i remove the RAGE with out screwing my system??

Um, my video cant run in 800by600, it makes a leap from 640by480 to 712by680 to 914bysomthing, then 1074by800, and keeps going up right till 1600by1200 or something(i can set it to 800by600 with some playing around with the settings), and i have the latest drivers, i have the stable ones, not the NEW BETA ones though. and when i delete the CM prefs file, it makes a new one, that is set some how for 640by480 THERES NO WAY TO CHANGE IT SEEMS (DAMN MY VOODOO) maybe there is a program the developers could make to edit the prefs, or atleast put a resoulution control in the options menu. And my last solution. I have 2 video cards in my comp, the voodoo3 2000 PCI (my primary) and a Rage 3d IIC AGP(or something like that) I can use the two video cards with win 98 to make an extened desktop, but could i seperate the two cards so that i could run CM through the RAGE????? I tried the enabling Direct3d, it was already enabled, and i tried deleting the PREFs file, Still no luck So more info on my system may be needed, Celeron500mhz Voodoo3 2000pci, 1.041 (the newest drivers, got them last night) Win98, Direct X 7.0b (ithink?) and I AN ONLY STILL RUN CM IN 640by480 real anyoyying, so any other was that might get it working fine????
