Synopsis: Units can be used in stack on any field

Design Summary: Units may easily handle when use in stack. An easy penalty to animate the player not to do so, is that the units may receive collateral damage when attack. Units in big stacks may attack less effective.

Problem: HQ support may not work in the current way
