Mac Crashing & Lockup After Implementing QB

Also when selecting Luftwaffe, no Luftwaffe forces are deployed. -
I don't know if anyone else is suffering this problem? Seems to occur when selecting QB and changing from the default Combat Force of infantry only, to mix. Mac freezes whilst still playing music necessitating a forced shutdown. This has only come to light since upgrading to v1.11
