Robin Brennan
First off hi to all CMBB fans, and thanks to everyone whose mods i have enjoyed untill recently ( too many to name) Anyway back to the point let me run through how i deal with mods etc. Firstly d/l them then put them in a temp directory before installing them using cmmos. Then i put the d/ld zips into a 'safe' backup directory. With me so far ? hope so This has worked just fine untill recently. I copied all the mods i had onto a CD for my brother ( who has a v flaky intenet connection and has trouble d/ling big files). I had'nt use CMBB for a while and fired it up last night for a quick WW2 fix. Anyway i thought that the models looked all a bit odd.. So this morning i looked in the mods directory in cmmos and noticed that 90% of the files were 1kb in size and that when i ran CMMOS there were NO installed mods, very wierd. So in resignation i went back to my'safe' backup zips only to find that they were also 90% of 1 kb in size !! what happened to them ? i am at a complete loss how to explain this. Can anyone help me at all please. P.S I deleted all the mods in the cmmos directory before attempting to re-install the 'safe' zips ( probably a large oops) As I really don't want to d/l weeks worth of fantastic mods I'm hopeing someone can help Thanks (i hope) in advance Rob PPS bloody great game !

Sorry you have the same problem let just hope for help. Wierdly some mods seem to have been retained but don't show as mods in CMOS ??? As I havnt got the patience to check every BMP ( lazy at heart ) it's all a bit confusing .. Cheers Rob
