Madmatt Posted December 5, 2003 Share Posted December 5, 2003 I have just updated the CMAK Troubleshooting Guide with new info and workarounds regarding common installation issues some people have reported. CMAK is shipped on a disc with over 650 megs of data and some CD/DVD drives can have problems accessing such a large amount of data, but normally just being patient is enough to allow the drive to finally access the disc. With some drives, I have seen it take upwards of 10 minutes to finally see the disc, during which the computer would appear to be frozen but in fact the CD/DVD drive is scanning the disc.
