outammo
I used the in game generator and the editor to make a small 5 mission dynamic campaign. it runs with smooth frame rate like the in game generator games but losses and experience are tracked. anyone want to try it? http://www.filefront.com/15906377/CAMPAIGN1.7z/ unzip "campaign1" folder into mission folder
Shrap
Sounds interesting, I'm on the fence on buting 1943. How easy is it to generate a random map?
outammo
I made five "new campaign" missions with in game mission gen. Then i used the mission/campaign editor in the game folder to link the missions and delete all the player units except the first mission so you have to make initial group last all 5 missions. i played it through 3 times and added units to AI armies make it more balanced and interesting. I didn't touch the scripting as this seems to slow frame rate too much. It plays much better fps than the campaigns the game came with but it is very simple with no sub missions. took me a day to make it and play it through a few times to edit... anyone else made any campaigns like this? was fun to make... Sepulch
Thanks for making this, will sure try it ! After I beat the german campaign, no performance issues here, but I have a monster computer (Intel Core i7 960 3,2Ghz | 2x ATI Radeon HD5870 1024MB DDR5 CrossFireX | Intel X25-M V2 34nm SSD).
