CrossOver (again?)

I been searching the forums & can't seem to find whether anyone has actually run CMSF with CrossOver by Codeweaver. I'm unpacking a new 24" iMac & really don't see purchasing a copy of windoze in my future. I've survived so far without Microsoft anything(!) since my MacPlus back in '85.
