CMMOS 4.05 Rulesets please...

Hi all

I am returning to playing CM and need the CMMOS 4.05 rulesets. I downloaded the rulesets for CMBO and CMAK from CMMODS website, but CMBB's are not available. The CMHQ website has outdated rulesets (4.03) and some are missing. Anyway to contact MikeT, or can someone send them to me please.
