Axis_General Posted April 22, 2006 Share Posted April 22, 2006 Having problems getting a game started. When hosting the game only displays my netwrk ip# 192.168.xx.xx???? I finally found my ip# but got a socket expired. The other player also tried to host and i got a socket expired??????? Is there a way to fix this? pzgndr Posted April 22, 2006 Share Posted April 22, 2006 Please read the user manual and errata file regarding TCP/IP issues. Make sure your network router is configured with TCP port 6530 to the internal IP address of the client computer that you want to play the game with. You may also have a firewall configuration issue to look at. Both players need to be correctly configured. Note that rebooting your modem and router may change your internet and network addresses, so you'll need to recheck your configuration if a problem returns.
