After the US liberated Britain the island stayed dark green and London was not re-activated as the capital. The stored-up Canadian/minor MPPs stayed locked in the deposit account until the end of the game. Not sure if it's different in WAW, though. I hope so! Terif Posted December 22, 2007 Share Posted December 22, 2007 You always have to liberate the last active capital - so in your example if you liberate Alexandria, then UK and its mpps is back in the game . @Karhu: Only if Axis took Alexandria before UK had the time to transfer its capital there you can reactivate UK by liberating Manchester/London.
