Im not a design expert but Im thinking if you always had the Italian play before the German and the Russian before the Western allies it might be possible. Playing some of the mods where there are so many units having an ally would make it much easier. Plus, it would add a bit of diplomacy. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
