cool beans Posted March 29, 2002 Share Posted March 29, 2002 <S> All, I just had 2 King Tigers's tracks knocked off due to them going over Tank mines and am afraid to move the rest of my force cause this is the only road and the road is in the middle of a forest. so i can't go around. Also, assuming that you did not scout your KTs route into enemy territory, why are you advancing KTs into areas without scout vehicles (armored cars, halftracks, small tanks, PzIV junkers, etc.) first traversing the KTs' route? :confused: :confused: :confused: Have you now learned a lesson, Grasshopper? Moriarty Posted March 30, 2002 Share Posted March 30, 2002 PiggDogg is right. You need to put some "expendable" vehicles up front to find the AT mines. Once found, park an engineer squad next to the field for a few turns (better give them covering fire, though) and they'll take care of the rest.
