The general consensus seemed to be that, yes, the KT is a bit more vulnerable to Zooks in CM than it would have been IRL. There were strong arguments on both sides, though. I'm sure that Big Time did not make the KT more vulnerable to zooks for the purpose of "play balance" - they just don't do that sort of thing. Given the massive scope of the game and the number of units involved, occasional error was bound to happen.
