gonzo
I'm very confused. I installed the 1.04 patch and then a number of mods. This ran fine, and the winter uniforms and vehicle camo was great. Then I downloaded and installed the 1.05 patch. Still, everything worked great. Then I downloaded the grid overlays and found I didn't care for them, so I deleted combat mission from my hard drive and reinstalled. Next I downloaded the 1.05 patch. Everything working great. BUT--now none of the mods seem to be working. I downloaded them as before, extracted them to the correct folders... but none of the sound mods or winter mods are working. Anyone have a clue why this is, or suggestions for how to solve it? I'm stumped.
Guest rune
gonzo, make sure you extracted and copied them to the correct place. IF you have, then check how you are starting the game. If you are running off the CD< you won't see the mods...hopefully it is somethign that simple. Rune <BLOCKQUOTE>quote:</font><HR>Originally posted by gonzo: I'm very confused. gonzo
Rune, PROBLEM SOLVED due to your quick reply. I went back to double-check that I had installed the mods to the correct folders, thinking, "Well, *of course* I have!" But turns out I was installing to rograms/cmbo instead of my :cmbo. Now the mods are working fine. It's embarassing, but I'd rather be embarassed than modless anyday. Thanks again for your help.
