Abteilung Posted January 24, 2004 Share Posted January 24, 2004 Although I don't see an issue with current arty pricing, allowing a more unlimited variety of the "Unlimited" force mix type would be neat. Wouldn't be a side-specific issue, either, so most should be happy with it. I also thought, based on what I've read so far, that simply robbing Peter to pay Paul in this case would suffice. REVS Posted January 24, 2004 Share Posted January 24, 2004 the only problem with the "unlimited" game is that some guys always show up with a line-up of killer-tanks and nothing much else. What we need is a reform of the "Combined Arms" format that allows Allied artillery in the popular format of a 1000pt game. When an Axis guys knows that, for sure, the other guy doesn't have artillery and he does, tactically it's a bummer. And for that matter, when an Allied guy knows for sure that he doesn't have artillery, but his evil facist opponent does, then that's a tragedy! 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Any comments on the artillery costs for Allied lads in the popular format of meeting engagements combined arms around 1000pts? Hello?
