Therefore Italian readiness increases randomly by 2-8(?) % per turn (usually something around 4-5 %). I just tested it again in hotseat. So what are you looking for ? Everything is normal... and if readiness doesnt increase in the following turns, your opponent just moved another unit to malta instead. Its no problem to replace the airfleet with a french corp from Marseille.
