Doomsday1 Posted September 2, 2002 Share Posted September 2, 2002 I am playing the "Overload" campaign while I wait for my PBEMer's to get back to me...&.I noticed that the Vichy French in this scenario have joined forces with the Allies. I have yet to see this in my games against HAL 9000 (AI) or a human opponent. Of course I have invaded Algeria as the US to emulate the North African campaign, but I would rather they join out of their own somewhat free will. (Or face the consequences)! Do the Axis have to turn on them in order for them to join up? What kind of diplomacy does it take? Seems the "carry a big stick" brand of friendship just isn't working.
