The rules are: everything but scorched earth (fog of war is turned on and there is war in Siberia). Italy is set on historical, USA is set on historical, USSR is set on random, Axis is set on random. Starting period is 1939 (unless we have more than one people). If more than one people time period will be 1939, except, France has fallen, USA is at war, Polan has fallen, Hungary has fallen, Italy joined the Axis, Finland joined the Axis, Yugloslovia is taken over by Italy, and/or Spain joined the Axis. To play 2vs2, you will have to share your turn with you ally, either you just play for the UK, USA, Germany, or Italy. The game will be a PBEM (email game).
