Each punter thinks his reference book is right, and judging from their evidence, you can see where they're coming from. But wouldn't it be nice if the CM designer folks gave us a set of references that would be a good starting point for understanding their decision making? I know that the ultimate list would be huge, but it would be just helpful to find out a couple of references which you consider to be a reliable source of info?
