Spook
I suppose this is one of those questions that attracts the response, "Do a search." I did, and not much luck. So whatever any of you can suggest that's out there for graphics files "posting", I would be very appreciative. Ed
Schugger
Well, I never posted a picture but to do it, the image you want to post has to be hosted on a webpage. Then, when you post a message where you want to include a picture you post the link to the picture using the ubb-code thingie ( whatever that means). The whole process is described in the faq section ( upper left corner of this page, below the "post repley" button). I hope I didn't miss the point of your question. Spook
No, it didn't really miss my point, Schugger, and thanks for responding. What you said is the essence of what I am looking for----websites that can "host" a picture that I upload to it. I was just wondering if some sites exist out there that can upload pictures without my having to be charged or requirment to set up some kind of "account". Mannheim Tanker
Try sites like www.geocities.com or www.bravenet.com. These sites require that set up an "account", but it's free. The only drawback is that they post small ad banners on your website - but you can't expect something for nothing. ------------------ "Gun damaged are rare on Shermans because they die like red shirts on Star Trek" - Slapdragon
