paullus
Happy Thanksgiving everyone!!!! Despite numerous problems (and missing the one g*d d*mn file necessary to get my computer to recognize my new ethernet card), and having to put more money in Bill Gate's pocket upgrading to Windows ME (just for that one freaking file) - I am now DSL enabled. I have not yet attempted PBEM (due to my schedule), but am extremely interested in going through with the TCP/IP gaming when it becomes available. If anyone is interested in setting up a few games (once the 1.1 patch is available), please email me at lawrence.mcnamara@verizon.net or paullus@gwis2.gwu.edu I hope that I will be able to at least contribute my enthusiam to the game, and look forward to meeting some of you on the battlefield. Again, enjoy a Happy Thanksgiving...
Maximus
Actually Steve said that even a 28.8 modem will be able to handle TCP/IP games well. Due to the way the game will transfer information. Just to let ya know.

You don't need a schedule to play PBEM, but you need it to play online.
