paullus Posted July 3, 2000 Share Posted July 3, 2000 Just wanted to publicly thank BTS for their great service on my behalf. I ordered CM about 10 days ago, but somehow my order got lost. I notified BTS, they checked on the problem, and confirmed that my order had been misplaced. In return, they next-day aired CM to me at no extra charge.
