Spook
Only a couple of weeks ago did I finally get around to downloading the TacOps demo, so you could say I am a VERY late comer to this game system. But it impressed upon me enough that I placed an order tonight. Even so, with all the inherent potential here, there is still more I would like to see in the TacOps engine in the future. Do you plan someday to develop this game system further in a TacOps 4.0 and beyond? Regards, Ed

The Army will have it sooner under the title TacOpsCav v4. ------------------ Best regards, Major H majorh@mac.com

The Army will have it sooner under the title TacOpsCav v4. Excellent. Perhaps soon some teasers on what v4.0 will add? From my view, I hope that terrain elevation variations can be more "contoured" like top-down 3-D per BCT, and that units can be edited to have different morale or proficiencies. I'm a little surprised that your former service (USMC) hasn't clamored to get a v4.0 copy first before the Army .
dhuffjr
Any possibilities on new equipment to be included. Future as well as currently developed but not yet fielded?

Sounds ho hum I know but it produces a much more enjoyable game. ------------------ Best regards, Major H majorh@mac.com [This message has been edited by MajorH (edited 03-12-2001).]
