SotS: GroundPounders goes for a flank on IndieGoGo

Heya guys =)

There's a cool indie Wargame / Turn-based Strategy going up on IGG crowdsourcing for October. Supporters are spreading the word around and I think some gamers here might find this genuinely interesting, so I'll try to share some details while respecting forum etiquette.

• It draws inspiration from classics like Panzer General, with campaigns for each races, scenarios and Multiplayer taking place in years 2408 to 2436
  
• Backed up by the rich Sword of the Stars universe & lore, there will be multiple different races to choose from (2 on release, 3 with stretch goal, more later), as well as detailed units and weaponry with context.
  
• Some elements of Card games and RPG are thrown in, as you enter each battle with a customized deck and units which gain combat experience and unlockable abilities, opening the door to all sorts of tactics
  
• Expect terrain properties, infantry, armored vehicles, artillery, atmospheric units and Air superiority blending together in a way only a crunchy Wargame can deliver.

As for contributing directly, well... you'll have to head over to IndieGoGo, and search "Ground Pounders". There'll be a nice 20m video waiting for you, with project backstory & specific gameplay details in the first 7m.
