Guest Big Time Software
Because the 1-minute turns are a little too long for a player to control individual spotting rounds, the process is automated. It simply takes time before your artillery barrage lands on target. The better your spotter's LOS, the lower his suppression, and the better-quality your nation's artillery force has, the shorter this time will be. Minor adjustments are considered part of this time, which is anywhere from 1 to 5 minutes, generally. Larger adjustments can be done by the player, so how many you want to do is up to you (though each one will interrupt the barrage for a little bit).
