Just a question out of curiosity really and you chaps are generally quite knowledgeable, how do the Russians use JTACs/FACs?
Are they traditionally from an infantry unit or detached from the Air Force?

Winter War/Continuation War/Lapland War, for me, although I suspect the majority would not be interested.

Yes I would also love to see it move over onto the newer engine. I don't think it did that well in the sales department but to be honest it's probably the one I play by far the most in the Combat Mission series!

I was looking at pictures of the 45th Detached Reconnaissance Regiment, oddly enough, and those images ring a bell. They are GRU after all.

Snow? I think the Winter War would solve that problem..

All I can say is that we wish we had more time/money to make more games and to make them faster. Yes, some of the ideas here are commercially unviable, but some are on our own personal wish list. We're definitely increasing the amount of stuff we can do at one time and speeding it up as well. Unfortunately time/money are limited and the costs of making these games is not like the old days. If any of you guys remember games like Sands of Fire and Sub Hunter, those games were done by one guy in a couple of months each. Yup, those days are looooooong gone.

Oh of course, my comment for BF: Yom Kippur War would more than likely sell only one copy, to me.
But as you said, it is still on my personal list!

I'd love to see something quite obscure, such as BF: Yom Kippur

Sorry to bump an old thread, did you ever get around to making a new campaign? I enjoyed this one.

I didn't want to start a new thread for a similar theme so apologies if I am hijacking this one.
I am also looking to play my first multiplayer games, so if any of the above wish to thrash a rank amateur, do get in touch
I have all the CM2 titles apart from Shock Force so I am happy to play any of what I have.
