Looking for my first CMBN/CW - PBEM opponent. I will play any side, any map, I just want to play! I prefer playing as the Germans however. Would probably prefer a small - medium battle for my first time though. I expect to get annihilated but oh well
I don't have dropbox, just email, but I suppose I could get it and learn how to use it if needed. Can manage anywhere from 1 - 3 turns per day. Look forward to hearing from you. -
Does anyone know if it will be possible to have two different installations? One of the current and one for the 2.0? Or will there be a conflict with the license activation?

Be thankful you aren't looking at an unmodded CMBO straight out of the box; we loved it anyway!
Heh yeah, I can officially say I've modded the crap out of it yesterday thanks to everyones suggestions. Even after all the graphic enhancements, I'd say the mod I notice the most is Vein's short tracers. Makes a huge difference IMO. Gotta love the sounds though as well, ah who am I kidding I love all the mods :cool:

Hey all, would just like to introduce myself. I used to play the other Combat Mission games, and after trying out Battle for Normandy, I bought the bundle w/ Commonwealth forces and it is currently 11% downloaded. I know I sound like a complete noob for asking this (Well I kinda am...) but, are there any "Must-Have" Mods? And are there any other good sites/forums for networking with others who are into this game?
The main reason I am posting here is because I am HIGHLY interested in getting some multiplayer going (soon). Hopefully someone can help me get started with that. I've never played multiplayer with any of the Combat Mission games and I have always wanted to. There is something very appealing about playing this against another human mind that I have always wanted to experience but never have had the chance.

What are the odds lol!!! Now I will never walk by an on fire tank unless I absolutely HAVE to. Don't think I will be using them for cover either, oh man what luck!
