So I recently had to reinstall everything on my CPU. So like all my other games, so i thought i could just re-download them again! So entered codes and....no...no what what? So after reading some of them FINE print on my CM:BO and CM:BB 1 DOWNLOAD per 365 days allowed and that is it........
WHAT? and WTH?
Not like they offered a hard copy mailer....so now i get short end of stick and no responses via email?

Had no issues, till after i DL the Afrika Corps game then all my games would not launch and had some issues there. Which i posted a while back. I play resolution 1920x1080 with HDMI.

Hi, I got new video card went from 8800 GT 512, to GTS450 1Gig Ddr5 on board and also got new monitor that rune HDMI ATM. Now when i try to run the games they don't even launch they say run time error, failed to initialize properly. (Error 0xc0000005) Then says click okay to terminate application. Here is details:

Well now it keeps doing the same thing, load, kick, blink blink, kick, blink blink kick, then if you wait 5 min then click it CM:AK will let you back in, CM:BO or CM:BB will not.

Okay, I deleted the Pref files, then I also lowered my Desktop Resolution down, because in games my Monitor can not handle that resolution, so once i did that it works fine now thus far on CM:AK. Thanks for the input!

And all my CM games are doing it now lol. After 3-4 minutes, i can click the window were the game is still running and it will pull up on CM:AK on the others does not let me

No I bought the game through a website, 2 weeks ago. And yes sometimes it asks for the resolution but it does not any more.

I own all three CM games. After I got CM:AK installed, the game launches fine then the screen does the black out to game start up then it boots me to desk top. When I click on game tab, it wont allow me to go back to the game. Its really annoying problem, that i had no issues with prior to CM:AK install. So...I have looked on the website, i found no such match, I have Quad Core AMD, 6 gig of ram, Nvidia GT 8800 512mb Card. Refresh rate issue? Whats the deal? Any help thank you!

I have sent 4-5 emails to SUPPORT, I have copies of them all spanning over 5 months now! I have yet to get 1 response back in regards to my questions and issues.
I HAD to reinstall my PC, I go to re-download the software I purchased via your website and I get, expired...expired. WTH??
Then the FINE PRINT BS: Can not DOWNLOAD more than 1 time <------ for 365 DAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!! <--------------------------------
WTH? How is that legal, how is that fair? Not only that but to continue to ignore my requests via customer service?? Thats SORRY and bad bad for you.
