As soon Axis take a a Yugoslavia there should be a option for axis, to allow creation of Croatia, one army and 2 corps appear for axis side. The capital is Zagreb. germany anexes other cities

I have a question, Croatia was independent Country since 1941, and it surely added some extra troops for axis, but its not added in the game????
