[Ai is waaaay too slow]

My specs:

Os: MS Windows Vista Home Basic 32-bit SP2

CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E8500 @ 3.16GHz

RAM: 4.0 GB Double Channel DDR2 @ 400 MHz

Motherboard: ASUSTeK Computer INC. P5Q-PRO (LGA 775)

Graphics: 1024 MB Nvidia GeForce GTX 285

Would you suggest a new processor?

I love this game and I like expecially the big maps.

The classic map seems to me too small but I noticed that when I try to play a bigger map (e.g. brute force) it takes forever for the AI to complete a turn.

Is it possible to make it quicker?

Does it depend on my pc or is it always so slow?

I rebooted and resumed but the game keeps freezing as the AI reaches the naval reorganization step.

P.s.: keep up the good work. This scenario is fantastic and I'm confident that every problem will be solved as soon as this mod is fully tested.

I edited the airforces and artillery attack values (I like deadly attacks and I hate long sieges).

Suddenly in the March 1940, during the AI turn (Allies) the game froze (during the naval reorganization if I recall it correctly).

I cannot go on.

Any suggestions?
