I can't seem to get my German units to cross over to the other side of the USA. Is this a bug or can only American units use the loop scripts? What about the naval loops?

Shouldn't this be titled Banzai General. Or is this game really about pruning miniature tree's?

I've had the same experiences as others so far. The AI is very passive and tends to ignore you as you conquer the majority of the map. I did notice that once I declared war the AI seemed to perk up however. The AI started attacking me (even conquered an island from me) and started building more advanced units (air).
I wonder what would happen if you declared war against the AI as soon as the game started. Perhaps the AI would come after you more aggresively early on an actually provide more of a challenge.

I was playing in 1.0 and could only loop once I had transported troops around Mexico and "captured" the loop destination squares.
I now have the 1.01 patch so I'm not sure how this works now.
