Is there a way to show all current units for a country?

Hubert,
As Klingon General Chang might say: I was incompetent, whether deliberately or as a result of age combined with drink.
Turns out that when I bought the Gold bundle I installed only the first half (base game) not realizing the installer continued on with the Gold expansion. I reinstalled and patched up and everything is fine now. Thanks so much for the help!

Yes, I was showing 1.07 (I think that was the most recent patch).

Well, I fixed this problem myself by buying the Assault on Democracy expansion. I can use any resolution in fullscreen mode under Windows 8.
Just so everyone knows, the Windows 8 fullscreen problem does still exist in the SC2 Global Conflict Gold expansion.

I bought Global Conflict Gold but I'm still having issues. I get the following error when trying to run in Full Screen-
FAILED(draw_map_to_screen): Segmentation violation
If I change my desktop resolution before I run the game I can run it at a lower resolution but I'd rather not have to keep changing it.

I tried the demo and I can't get the game to run fullscreen in a lower resolution. I've looked at the threads and see that Windows 8 will only work if fullscreen is off. Has this been fixed? My bad eyes can't take 1920x1080.

I've had a couple people suggest a zoom-in function. It's actually not that different (from a code perspective) as a zoom-out. I don't think it's a big deal to add, and it seems helpful to people running their monitor at high resolutions. What about the buttons and text (that appear in the non-map interface)? Are they large enough, or is that a problem?
The non-map text and icons are also a little too small. Not as bad as the map though.
By turn execution, do you mean the processing that happens each turn after everyone has submitted their orders?
Yeah. But after I posted I realized there may not be a whole lot you can do about that. And after playing more it might not be so bad after all. Maybe others can comment.

The mouse wheel doesn't zoom. It lets you scroll around the map.
Double click on city to open it's window. Choose either a unit or building to build.
Yes.
Not sure.
Good question. I would guess most likely

Will there be in the final release?
Also, is there a way to speed up turn execution or is that fixed?
I should also mention this game is fun!

Is there any way (ingame) to change the resolution? The map is a bit too small for me at my native resolution. Or is there a way to zoom the map?

No, I was just looking to see how many of each type unit I had. How many battleships, carriers, etc. It would be useful for planning production.
I do use the 'N' key to cycle throught the units. That is helpful but it would also be nice to have an option to skip a unit for that turn as well.
