Ya I have been following this daily and I am not seeing much on it anymore not even a we are looking into it. I just keep getting told that I have the wrong patch. Which at this point is impossible.

To bad it still doesn't work for some of us Paradox users. And for a while I haven't heard anything about trying to find out why. Sad but I am losing interest and faith.

The card isn't causing the CTD. It has nothing to do with the graphics card or the drivers.

I tried Strat Gamers Hell and one other at least. That was before I gave up and went back to 1.5 =( I have tested several of the sites on the DL list. Just cause I assumed at first that I was recieving the old file. Then after different dl attempts I stopped thinking it lol.
Gonna try the aus gamers one just in case. Is there anything I could be doing that would take me to an old dl page? I tried clearing my cache and such but I don't think I had old copies of pages. Cause the dates were on target with the new copy and some even stated they had been updated with the new file.

I stated this in the tech forum as well. There are a few of us that are still unable to use 1.6 after downloading several different versions from websites to verify we are recieving the new file. Alot of the links state the file is 6 days old or around there. Which would state it is the older versions. I have verified the DL dates on the newer versions and am still unable to get 1.6 to function properly. Unfortunately I have had to revert to the 1.5 version and have been playing that waiting for 1.7.

Nah I stated originally before editing my post that I tried several of the new versions. On the pages that stated the download was updated or that it was a completely different one. I tried about 3 different versions of the corrected 1.6 and still no go. Soon as I start any game scenario or anything CTD upon clicking any unit. I have done a complete re install after each patch was downloaded.

Corrected previous issues regarding 1.5 was the A/A. Just 1.6 CTD still for me.

I tried every single available paradox link and I can safely say that for some of us even with fresh installs it is a CTD fest as soon as you load scenario and click.
