  1. Without "WEGO" over TCP/IP there is no possibility that I and my friends will buy this game. We gave "Realtime" a try and for us this was way too fast and to confusing. I simply can`t attack on two flanks simultaneously like I did in CMBB nearly all the time. This is a real gamebreaker to me and I wont buy a game just to play singleplayer.

  2. I played a Game over TCP/IP last night.

I setup my troops, gave some of them movement orders, and some had no orders at all.

After i hit the "Go Button" all my troops without movement orders have disappeared.

    What`s that?

Another thing i noticed, i played a scenario, and my opponent was french, so the briefing and the descriptions on the map where in french.

Is that a bug, or is that the way it should be?

  3. I only played CMSF once against an human opponent and the connection was very instable and async.

I will give it a second chance (maybe the problems have been solved with one of the patchs, or hamachi will do the trick), if you like to play against me, then contact me with a private message, as i don´t use msn. But I have ICQ and/or Skype.

That is something curious: it seems that the amount of data exchanged in RT is less considerable...(but I may be absolutely WRONG)

    Sure we'll do it! </font>
  5. Hi,

I loved playing the past CM games over TC/IP.

I liked the idea of a turn based game, played over the internet. Yes it took some time, but it was easy to handle. Now I`m discovering the problem that there is no option to play turn based over the internet, this possibility is only given for singleplay, but not for multiplayer. Why that? Now it`s hectic and nearly impossible to handle more then a single squad. In the past in Combat Mission and CMBB, I played with huge armies.

Sorry but I can`t handle huge armies in real time, I can`t be everywhere. I like to have some time to decide what to do next.

I can`t see any reason why it`s possible play turn based in singleplayer but not in multiplayer. I hope that´s changed in a future patch.
