El problema es la ATI, las ATI tienen problema con el Open GL y el Driver, para tu tarjeta intenta el driver 9.7, es el único que funciona, el 9.8 no funciona

Perhaps the uninstall SF delete any file.

To fix it I am making a total uninstall of the TOW
