There doesn't seem to be any information on how the wavy flags in SC2 were originally made. I've seen some posts that show some pretty decent mods but nothing seems to be exactly like the "factory" flags that come with the game.

Does anyone at Battlefront know how Fernando made these flags?

1. You cannot do a direct convert. For best effect, you would have to take your normal map image and shrink the vertical by 50% to get the isometric look. Then overlay the SC2 tile grid and draw your map from that.

Once you've shrunken your map, how do you get the map into the SC2 editor in order to overlay the tile grid on it :confused:

How did you make that Nationalist Chinese flag? :eek: I have been searching for information on how to create the type of textured flags featured in SC2. I even asked Hubert directly but he wasn't sure; he said an artist handled all of the work for the flags. Any information you could give would be most appreciated. Thank you.
