I'm still having issues on this one. I've upgraded to 9.44 but the only server (just one) that I can ever see is running 9.42 and it's always empty. Ghost?

If you die and are in free look you can move around the map. While you can't see the other team you can hear them. So you could pin point other targets while not being a target yourself.
