  1. I've got the CM-BB special edition with the CMMOS and the version of it is v4.3 and I've read the instructions included to load rule sets for CMBB but I'm a little confused at an error I keep getting.

To load a rule set you load the desired ZIP file and extract it to wherever of your choosing(WITHOUT UNZIPPING) right?

Once that's done I open CMMOS go to configuration, go to rule sets, click "add" find the desired zip file and click "open"...I get a error message stating "Error installing, check 'CMMOSlog.txt' for more information"

I've tried this with many different sets and I always get this message. :(

If any advice on this would be appreciated!

  2. As said by kellysheroes.

"then TURNED on us like we were maggots on dung".

After a brief research on Dung and beetles.

Dung usually referes to cattle, elephant, and dinosaurs. ;) From what I know maggots are not so much on dung but rather poo. dogs, cats, sheep ect. The Dung beetle however is the one that would more likely be on this dung you speak of.

  3. This is a Volksturm unit...the word makes more sense if you know German.

All men able bodied or not able bodied had to serve. Some were as young as 12. Large units of Volksturm were at the defence of Berlin.

I'm Suprised you grogs didn't seem to know?

  4. I reason I said that Boosh is that it does have simularities...small amount of troop, RTS like controls, FPS like controls and views.

Of course I can't be sure(since the wargame isn't even done). But that's my opinion.

  5. I know this wargame is not supposed to be like or is CM...but the scale of this wargame so far i've seen has been kinda dissapointing. I think this wargame will rock but it just seems to be too reminisent of "Battlefield 1942" in some ways; rather than taking it into a realistic more serious large command scale

Basicly I can see this wargame flop in some ways to the more grog like player or see it as a perfect success.

However this wargame will still ROCK!!!

  6. To have every soldier modeled is what takes the cake! If you lose soldat Gert, you see soldat gert's body and that the combat is not abstracted. Instead

of sending a platoon commander in a trench only to see him put his arm straght and fire out blindly, he actually moves and attacks like a real human...am I right?

  7. I want to say personaly to the programers here that this Wargame is no dought the BEST!!! WW2 Wargame, RTS, FPS and Strategy WW2 game ever made...you guys rock! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!
