    6. If a unit is selected without issuing a command, then upon the selection of the next few units, game crashes:

    Error message in the debugger is:

    Unhandled exception at 0x0288fb09 in CM Shock Force.exe: 0xC0000005: Access violation writing location 0x00000045.

    Associated file is atioglxx.dll

    Exact assembly code that causes the problem is:

    0288FB09 mov dword ptr [esi+44h],eax

    if upon every unit selection, a command is issued, no crash. but if i stop issuing command (say this is selection x), usually crash happens at selection x+1, but always within selection x+4

    i've set the affinity of the game to only one of the two CPUs, same exact problem persists.

  3. i was very careful with my infantry, up until all my panzer IIs are dead and enemy still having 3 T60s, 22 vs. 79 infantry death

    T60's armor's impossible to penetrate with panzer II's 20mm gun, and my pak 35/36 gun also seemed to be useless against T60's 35mm frontal armor. so i had to used my infantry, killed the remaining enemy 45mm AT guns first and then picked up some russian anti-tank grenades and killed off the three T60s of cuz with a lot of causalities. I just think this mission is very unbalanced, with THAT many T60s and their crazy frontal armor.

  4. there's NO WAY to end the battle, that's RIDICULOUS. both the russians and I had a very bloody battle. at the end, i have 4 tank crews left, and the russians had 6 men in the trench. I'm soooo close, to i let my crew gathered ammo around the battlefield and launched a final assault (i'd rather choose to accept a draw or a defeat at this point but there's NO WAY to do that WTF?) so okay, i've got my rifles and grenades and everything, and heading towards the russian trench. and guess what, the game crashed!!! seriously, WTF? i spent two hours to get this far, and that's what happens?

    please please, for the patch, add a way to end the stupid battles

  5. I finally got through

    two T38 on the right took out the first two light tanks. Then infantry in prone launched attack on the three guns with tanks supporting from multiple directions, took out all of them, but very very costly, and luckly, reinforcement arrived. gathered up all six tanks, killed the two tanks on the left first, then roll to the top of hill, get a good firing position behind interseciton of three columns of trees. Concentrate fires to kill the tanks acroos the river first, meanwhile using artilery to take out the rest of the field guns. After than, infantry in tranches are indeed targets for my tank machine guns.

  6. i have the same problem w/ that mission!

    tried everything

    flanking from the right most road seems to work pretty well. gonna try to take out the field guns w/ infantry this time.
