[Need Help with E-License]

My computer crashed. I saved all my files to an external harddrive, before I reinstalled my new operating system. My old one was 98 I now have Xp. I transfered SC2 back onto my computer,clicked on the sc2 icon, it said it wanted my e-lis. My son's computer has one, my computer has the other. I tried to enter the liscense it said error 11; both were in use. So I went ahead and uninstalled, which it uninstalled everything. So then I re-transfered from the external back to the computer again. Gave it my liscense, and it still says there are two in use. This is not the case! How can I get SC2 to work again on my computer? email: amosgraber or please reply here

Just read your post. Went into game to get you the screenshot; I had been playing a game with the 2-d units, so I changed it back to 3-d...and when game loaded every thing is fine! Which is good, but I wonder why. I run windows 98 on this puter, I'm almost certain I rebooted after I used the patch noknok gave me. I wonder if playing a few turns with the 2-d units helped for some reason????....Regardless thanks for your prompt attention in this matter. I live in Colorado and am a history teacher and play this game with my brother who is an avid reader of WWII and lives in Indiana, it is a great way for us to stay in touch and close. Again thanks for your help.

I just double checked...and yes I have 1.06. I have gotten all the upgrades in the order they have been released. I have never had this problem until I upgraded to 1.06.; in fact I have never had any issues up to this point. I hope there is some way you can help out with this.

Thanks for the suggestion, but nope didn't help. The white square only appears with the 3-d units, it goes away when I switch to 2-d. Don't like to play with the 2-d units; if I can't fix this I guess I shelve the game...too bad...is fun game!

How do you get rid of the stupid white square, which appears behind the units, ever since I upgraded to 1.06? I have not loaded any mods and I have never had this problem before!
