I would also like to see random, out of range sightings, of units deep in enemy territory. This would simulate intelligence reports from spies, and could become more accurate with tech investment. They could also be copletely false if the enemy has high intelligence tech. Sending off half the fleet to look for a phantom sub could really hurt an enemy or cause delays.
