[How do I select video resolution?]

When you first install CMBB you see a series of screens asking you to select video resolution. I accidently selected one which makes everything look squashed in the game. How do I get back to those selection screens to change to the correct one? I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, but now those selection screens do not appear and the game does directly to the squashed display.
