  1. Do you have house rules about blowing bridges when playing PBEMs/TCPs?

I'm playing Sword of Bagration now, which is a great scenario, but it seems almost impossible for the Soviets to win if I had started turn one with blowing the bridges? I didn't because I thought it would ruin the game.

Several scenarios are depending on the bridges to be intact.

    Any thoughts about this?

  2. I uploaded my Orphanage Hill scenario I've been working on lately. It's under playtesting and all input is highly appreciated.

Maybe you should provide a simple list function? Or maybe something on the front page that says a scenario has been uploaded?

  3. Cool, I really appreciate that Chad. smile.gif

Yeah, the AI is much too slow and non-systematic on the attack. As in most battles, I think the coordination of artillery assets, armor, infantry and overall strategy is crucial for the attacker and the AI just can't handle that.

I'll probably label it as play first as two player and second as allied versus AI.

  4. Hi guys!

I know there's a lot of requests now but here is another one. smile.gif

I've designed a scenario depicting the Soviet attack against the strategic hills along the Tannenberg line west of Narva in July '44. Units from the III SS-Panzerkorps Steiner was ordered to screen the German withdrawal through Estonia. In the part of the line depicted in the scenario, the Narva-Reval highway is surrounded by the Kinderheimhöhe (Orphanage Hill) and the Grenadierhöhe.

My goal is to make it balanced for two players and it would be great if anyone out there could set a game up. I think it will work quite good Soviet against the AI too.

So... if anyone is interested to play or at least check it out - please download it and post your comments here (or if it's too much of a spoiler, mail it!).

You can find it here (saved in 1.02):

Edit: About the briefings - they are pretty complete, a part from the OOB's (reinforcements are indicated though) and no proofreading by a native...

    Thanks in advance,

    Linus Hansson.
