After using MacOS X for a while, going back to OS 9 frustrates me. It's amazing how much of an improvement OS X is over OS 9.
I'd never go back.

Does anyone have any information about when this game will be available for MacOS X? (The first person who mentions classic gets shot in the head.)

If I were you, I'd forget Combat Mission and remain in OS X. Combat Mission is one of the only games that doesn't support OS X natively and there are a lot of that have been released that will not support OS 9.Originally posted by wildboar:Is there a cure for this? I was very shocked and displeased to find out that Combat Mission BB is not a carbon or OS X native app.
Oh well, I'm not too broken up over it. I'll just go back to playing world war II online.

I, for one, am glad that Apple is finally doing away with OS 9 compatibility with it's newer machines. It quickens the acceptance of a clearly better operating system and convinces the few remaining developers who are still stuck in OS 9 to update their produces for OS X compatibility.
Combat Mission is the only comercial game to be released in a long time to not have MacOS X compatibility.
