Am I the only one having a hell of a time placing units during night battles?(Setup phase)...Ive got my gamma all the way up and I can make out the bases easily..but the surrounding terrain is almost impossible to see! Especially where heavy forest land is concerned..

Yeah sorry to bitch but I had to chime in..The gunner for the .50 cal turret ends up on the hood of the halftrack when the gunn is aimed left or right...Also it seems tracers for 4 MG's are non-existent...Also does this vehicle ever track after enemy aircraft...?......The game still rules though..............Bomb Saudi Arabia instead........

Sorry but this book is a dud..., maybe somthing was lost in the translations but little tech. info is given plus no maps.........There writing is stale and obviously re-creates accounts that could not have been witnessed by those involved..(youll understand if you read it..)..Plus I cant tell you how many times the author uses the phrase.."only to have the shell hit the frontal armour and riccochette upward"...

You may notice all infantry units in close proximity to each other will expend more ammo than they would at range..Due to the fact that the threat is more "real"..i.e. closer.....this is doubly true for SMG units......

I must admit the AI in CMBB seems much better.....Even with 7 T-34s the AI thrashed me with only 3 Tigers and supporting panzergrenadiers......A question..If CMBB uses the same engine as CMBO...how is the AI improved? A progammer would do well to answer this...thanks...

ooHHH YEA IT WAS NOT LONG AGO......CMBO..was THE ****!............NO longer did we have to stare hexagons on map we had seen a hundered times...and knock over beer-drenched counters..no more saying "no that dice was a 0ne ..not .Eleven..after it drops off the table after as hasty roll....... Im sick of people feeling so dissapointed with the Cmbo to Cmbb trasition...they are both GREAT GAMES...Be glad we got enough of our friends to get into these games in the first place so this could be possible.!!!!......L8R....!.......ps......bump!

I must admit...although my desire for modding is true............I was more hoping for this response just as well....An acknowledgement of how much Cmbb is an overall improvement as a whole, but especially the details. This being said...the subject of the Topic question still stands
Hope we get some Oil out of this thing at least..........

I am thinking about experimenting with modding.....Any experienced modders out there finding the exquisite detail on the stock vehicles is actually a detriment to modding!??!

Not much historical data to chk on German forces..so I would guess Voulkstrum..and some Fanatic loony-toon SS would cover the spectrum.....Anyone fiqure how to do the Flak Towers yet............?

Im runnin a pIII 600 with a 64MbDDR ge FORCE 3 WITH 128 mb rDRAM(DELL). I had a slight problem with 1000+point Qb's and CD scenarios in the beginning.........Do a Thourough(sic)disk frag...(most likley Cmbb is the most recent additoin ..thus the most fragmented)...this should do the trick along with the in game tweaks to Smoke ..horizon..grass..Etc..They wont have to be all minimal...choose what you want and dont ...even at ALL minimal it looks far superioir to CMBO......Good Luck!!

German troops now seem to use thier panzerfausts much more freely at non armoured targets..(troops) than previously in CMBO. Is this historicaly accurate??? Grognards to the rescue!
